The E4 error code refers to an outdoor unit connection failure. This error typically occurs when the system cannot properly communicate between the indoor and outdoor units.
Loose or damaged wiring between the indoor and outdoor units can cause a breakdown in communication.
The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in either the indoor or outdoor unit may be malfunctioning.
Voltage fluctuations or power surges can interrupt communication between units.
Turn off the air conditioner for 5–10 minutes, then turn it back on to reset the communication.
Check the wiring between the indoor and outdoor units for loose or damaged connections.
